Lightly armored vehicle

VERTUS 2 is a family of lightly armored vehicles designed to operate in harsh terrain and climatic conditions. The armored cabin, designed as a capsule made of armor steel with bulletproof glass, provides a high level of protection for the crew against rifle bullets, shrapnel, and improvised explosive devices. Low weight and compact dimensions, combined with a dynamic engine and a 4×4 drive, provide the vehicles with high off-road capabilities. The crew compartment offers a spacious, air-conditioned cabin with various seating configurations. External and roof mounting rails provide additional space for crew gear and specialized equipment.

The VERTUS 2 vehicle is available in the following variants: Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) With a compartment for up to six soldiers, a driver, and a passenger – vehicle commander. The carrier can be equipped with a manual roof turret, allowing for the installation of a machine gun. Armored Fire Support Vehicle With a compartment for four armed soldiers, a weapon operator, a driver, and a passenger – vehicle commander. The vehicle is equipped with a lightweight, fully remote weapon station featuring a dual-axis stabilization system for both the weapon and the optoelectronic turret. The weapon stations can accommodate 7.62 mm and 12.7 mm machine guns, as well as a 40 mm automatic grenade launcher. Armored Command Vehicle With workstations for four communication operators, a commander, and a driver. The vehicle is equipped with communication equipment, antennas, power supply systems, and an observation head. It can serve as a command center for reconnaissance drones. Armored Medical Evacuation Vehicle (MEDEVAC) With space for four wounded on stretchers or six lightly wounded in a seated position, a paramedic, and a driver. The vehicle also has space for evacuation and first aid equipment.
